Order Processing

All coffee orders are roasted fresh and prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Domestic shipping is COMPLEMENTARY (FREE)

Please note that International shipping delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship nationwide using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country. Delivery times may be extended due to customs inspections.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office.

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours for further instructions.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional reshipping fees.
